-
How do we start using Couples Cards after we sign up? >
Once you are logged in, go to your main Couples Cards home. Start with the first available card in your dashboard, sit together, and open it when you both feel ready.
There is no fixed rhythm – some couples use one card a week, others take more time between sessions.
-
Why are some cards locked or not available yet? >
Deeper topics unlock gradually so that you move through foundations first. This pacing is intentional, to keep the journey safe rather than overwhelming.
If a card does not unlock after you finish the previous one, refresh the page. If it still looks stuck, contact support.
-
Can we redo or revisit cards we have already completed? >
Yes. You can return to completed cards whenever you like. Many couples revisit key cards after a few weeks or months to see what has shifted.
-
Are our notes and reflections private? >
Your debrief notes are intended to stay between the two of you. We do not sell your reflections or use them as public examples.
-
Does Couples Cards replace therapy or counselling? >
No. Couples Cards are a guided conversation tool, not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or crisis support. Please seek professional help if you need it.
-
What if one of us feels overwhelmed by a card? >
You can pause at any time. Close the card, take a break, and return when you both feel grounded again. Overwhelm is a signal, not a failure.
-
How long do we keep access to the cards? >
Access depends on the option you chose at checkout (for example 3, 6, or 12 months). You can check this in your confirmation email or account settings.
-
Which devices and browsers work best? >
Couples Cards works on laptop, tablet, and mobile. For shared sessions, a laptop or tablet placed between you usually feels best.
