Body & Comfort Check
This card invites you to notice physical comfort and safety with each other.
Sit close in whatever position feels natural – side by side on the couch, leaning on each other, back to back.
Take turns answering:
“Right now, my body feels…”
“I feel most relaxed with you when we are…”
“When I am stressed, a kind touch from you looks like…”
“One boundary that makes my body feel safe is…”
Listen without trying to fix. Respect any boundary shared, even if it is new to you.
End by choosing one small comfort ritual (a hug on arrival, a cuppa together, a shoulder rub) to try in the coming days.
