Three Moments of Gratitude
Gratitude sounds simple, but it quietly rewires how you see your partner.
Today you will zoom in on the small, easy-to-miss moments.
Each of you writes down 3 moments from the past week where you felt grateful for your partner.
Focus on tiny things: a tone of voice, a message, a task they handled, a look they gave you.
Take turns sharing each moment slowly, looking at your partner while you speak.
After each share, the listener simply says: “Thank you for noticing that.”
This card is about training your attention to notice the care that is already there.
